“Leatherface 3D” the sequel…
A 3D sequel to the 1974 classic horror/slasher film The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is in production at Lions Gate. Online site “Bloody Disgusting” is reporting that director John Luessenhop is in talks to helm the 3D sequel. The original with a budget of $300,000 went on to gross more than $30 million dollars at the US box office and at that time was the highest revenue grossing independent film of all time.
I think with the right team involved Leatherface in 3D has the potential to be a huge success. Looking forward to it.
