A trailer from last years surprise B.O. hit.
Production begins on the sequel to Piranha 3D, the B movie surprise hit of last summer. Early rumors were of Thailand as the films location but Wilmington N.C. is where cameras will be rolling on the new 3D sequel, Piranha 3DD. Take a moment and the double D might give you a hint as to one of the movies main elements. Set for a quick turnaround and slated for a 2011 November release maybe the “Thailand Full Moon Party” concept proved to costly to film. Pretty cool idea though. The sequel Piranha 3DD is set in a waterpark.
