Glee will be coming to a theater near you this summer in magical 3D. This summer the producers will film the live Glee tour in 3D. The makers of Glee plan on a 2 week summer release and may extend the showings depending on audience response and screen availability. Well, its not the first musical in 3D. Step -Up 3D did decent box office numbers and the Justin Bieber 3D documentary was considered a box office hit. I think the Glee fans will dig the 3D format, and hopefully the filmmakers will plan the shoot with the third dimension in mind.
