This agreement may be amended by NowPlaying3D at any time and at any frequency without specific notice to you. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use or access the service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

NowPlaying3D is an information and review site relating to 3D entertainment product, hardware, and content from independent third party companies. All trademarks logos and photos belong to their rightful owners.
If notified of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive content, NowPlaying3D may, in its sole discretion, investigate the allegation and or edit, remove or request the removal of such content. If you feel any such third party materials infringe your intellectual property rights, please contact NowPlaying3D at info@NowPaying3D.com and we will immediately investigate and take all necessary action to remedy the situation.

We have no control over sites that are not ours and are not responsible for content, information or any changes to third party sites that may be linked directly to NowPlaying3D. Our inclusion on our website of any third party site or link to a third party site is not an endorsement of that site or of its content or information.
We do not sell resell or license any of the products or services that we review, list or advertise on our website. We disclaim any responsibility for or liability related to them. NowPlaying3D conducts internal research and compiles data from many different sources including but not limited to the following, newswires, print material, local and international news services, investigative reporters and independent research as source material for our articles. If any third party deems any news release, article, etc incorrect please contact NowPlaying3D.com and we will immediately investigate and remove the article if findings prove the article, news release to be incorrect.
