Monsters University 3D

Sneak peak of “Monsters University 3D” (video clip-Opens, June 21, 2013)

Disney knows when to follows up on a good thing. Last year Disney re-released the Lion King after a 3D conversion and raked in $94.2 mil on a pic that was already in the can. In January Disney also released the 3D version of Beauty in The Beast with a respectable domestic take of $47 million. Disney has recently decided to release the 3D converted Monsters Inc a month early. The 3D converted Monsters Inc. will have some strong competition when it is re-released from a few of the most highly anticipated movies of 2012, including Peter Jackson’s “The Hobbit” and Baz Luhrmann’s “The Great Gatsby” both shot in native 3D. I really look forward to seeing The Hobbit and The Great Gatsby 3D, from some of the clips I’ve seen so far both movies look amazing! Visit our youtube channel and check out the trailers for Baz Luhrmann’s and Peter Jackson’s upcoming new movies.

Take a look at the the trailer for the Monsters University 3D produced by Pixar Animation Studios and Walt Disney Pictures. Disney clearly has a stragety behing the early release of Monsters Inc maybe the original release date in Janurary 2013 was just a bit to close to the release of the studios new Monsters University 3D which will be release on June 21, 2013.
